Profile
Jordan Yeager focuses his practice on employment law, federal civil rights litigation and municipal law.
Prior to joining Curtin & Heefner, Mr. Yeager was in private practice with his own public interest law firm, Boockvar & Yeager. He has served as solicitor to Nockamixon Township and as Labor Counsel to Falls Township. Mr. Yeager represents community groups and individuals in environmental and land use matters. Mr. Yeager has been a frequent lecturer on employment law and related topics.
Mr. Yeager was named by American Lawyer Media as a "Lawyer on the Fast Track" in 2006. He received the Hobson, King, Parks, Douglass, Heutte Award for service to the New Free D.C. Movement in 1993.
Mr. Yeager currently serves as solicitor of the Bucks County Democratic Committee. He served on the Advisory Board of the National Voting Rights Institute, as a cooperating attorney with the Center for Constitutional Rights, and is a former member of the National Executive Committee of the National Lawyers Guild. He is an active member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and the National Police Accountability Project. In addition, Mr. Yeager currently serves as a referral panel member for the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee and Gay and Lesbian Lawyers of Philadelphia.
