Patrice Tisdale focuses on labor and employment law, municipal law, and general litigation. She joined Curtin & Heefner from The National Labor Relations Board in Philadelphia, where she held the position of Senior Field Attorney, serving as lead counsel: prosecuting violations of the National Labor Relations Act, negotiating settlement agreements, and investigating unfair labor practice claims in matters involving protected concerted activity, discriminatory/retaliatory termination, and contract bargaining violations. Earlier Ms. Tisdale served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Timothy Black of the Southern District Court of Ohio and a Certified Legal Intern for the Ohio Justice and Policy Center in Cincinnati.
Enjoy hanging out and cooking with my husband and boys. Recently started cycling and have completed the American Cancer Society Bridge to Shore 67 mile bike ride fundraiser twice, as well as the Team Foster 100 mile fundraiser bike ride from Philadelphia to Cape May.
