Stewart Graybill, who council had offered the full-time position as manager, did not take the job after all. He was supposed to start July 25, but that start day was delayed until Monday after Graybill sustained a back injury in a fall from the roof of his York home. He was supposed to replace former manager Bill Winslade, who died suddenly in March.
