John J. Hart focuses his practice on insurance defense in first and third party claims, including personal injury, products liability, commercial and bad faith litigation. He has extensive appellate court experience, having successfully argued cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Superior Court and Commonwealth Court.
Because of Mr. Hart’s trial skills and experience, he has planned and presented Continuing Legal Education seminars to the Bucks County Bar Association on various civil litigation topics. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. Mr. Hart is Assistant Editor for the Bucks County Law Reporter.
Mr. Hart is active at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church and involves himself in other charitable and community work.
During Mr. Hart’s service with the United States Navy he received a Letter of Commendation/Meritorious Mast.
