Gary Every focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, including first party property damage, bad faith claims and claims against insurance agents. Mr. Every joins Curtin & Heefner with several years of civil litigation experience in the defense of professional liability and products liability claims in State and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
While in law school Mr. Every participated in Temple University’s Integrated Trial Advocacy Program and was twice recognized for Outstanding Oral Advocacy. He also served as a Note/Comment Editor of the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review and was a recipient of the Julian Eule Award, presented annually to the graduating student who writes the best paper addressing an issue of Constitutional Law.
