Mr. Donaghy concentrates his practice in the representation of banks and other financial institutions in complex commercial and real estate finance transactions throughout the greater Philadelphia area, including Bucks and other surrounding counties. Mr. Donaghy has represented lenders in various transactions including large residential and commercial developments, construction funding and tax-free transactions, as well as other facilities in sums up to $80,000,000.00.

Mr. Donaghy has also had over 40 years of experience representing clients in various real estate related matters,  including commercial acquisitions and sales, zoning, subdivision and land development, and condominium transactions.

Mr. Donaghy has consistently been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer® in the area of real estate by Thomson Reuters, published annually in Philadelphia magazine.
