Allan D. Goulding, Jr. has more than 35 years of experience as a trial attorney. He focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, commercial disputes, bad faith actions, products liability litigation and appellate matters. He has tried numerous cases in federal and state court and appears before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Commonwealth Court and Superior Court, as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals on appellate cases.
Mr. Goulding has been a frequent guest speaker for the Bucks County Bar Association on the subject of ethics and local rules and procedures and automobile insurance litigation and has lectured on the subject of traumatic brain injury and concussion litigation for the Insurance Society of Philadelphia and A.M. Best.
A longtime member of the Lower Bucks County Chapter of the American Red Cross, Mr. Goulding currently serves on its Board of Directors. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute.
