The Morrisville, PA office of Curtin & Heefner is housed in an elegant stone building constructed in 1923. The structure was originally used as a community center, and was built on land donated to the Borough by the then-Mayor of Morrisville. The construction was funded with donations from the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania and private parties.
In 1966, Curtin & Heefner purchased the building to house its expanding law practice and undertook extensive renovations to create attorney offices, conference rooms, a library, additional support staff space and a second floor in the former gymnasium area. A second renovation occurred in 1974.
At present, more than 50 people occupy the building which now contains 44 offices, four conference rooms, an expanded law library and administrative space.
